Neighbour Consultations

INTRODUCTION

Below you will find our current neighbour consultations. Please scroll down until you find yours. Some of the files may be quite large and it could take a few moments to download on slower connections. At the bottom of the page you will find a form for you to provide any comments on the scheme, alternatively you can email us directly via office@pendleton.assoc.com. Which ever method you choose, if you leave us a contact number, we will be happy to call you back to discuss the scheme in more detail.


1-5 The Quadrant and The Casino Nightclub, Onslow Street, Guildford, GU1 4SQ

We would like your comments on a proposal for the re-development of this site to provide a mixed used  building to include retail/leisure with student accommodation on upper floors and a leisure use on the top floors.

The proposal is also displayed in the shop window of no  1 The Quadrant and will be open during normal office hours.

At this stage, no formal planning application has been made to the Council.  This is an informal process to engage with neighbours. 379-389 STAINES ROAD, HOUNSLOW TW4 5AP

We would like your comments on a proposal for ‘the demolition of the existing commercial units and the erection of a part 3 / part 4 storey residential building, containing a mix of 54 no. 1 & 2 bed flats’. Fully accessible disabled accommodation has been incorporated within the proposal and a percentage of units for the affordable market will be included. The proposal also includes a parking area for 14 no. car parking bays, with 7 dedicated for disabled parking. All the parking bays will be equipped with charging points.

We would like to invite you to comment on a development we are preparing for 2 new homes at 6A
Sulina Road, London SW2 4EJ.

10 WILLET ROAD, THORNTON HEATH CR7 6AA

This application will be for ‘the redevelopment of the site to provide a 40 flat, 100% affordable housing scheme with underground car park’. It has not been submitted yet, but we have had detailed  pre-application discussions with the Council and we are now amending the plans, collecting and reviewing specialists reports.

Before we submit a finalised scheme, we have made the latest plans available to our neighbours for comment. This will be an informal consultation with the developer. You will still be able to review and comment formally via the Council’s website when the final application is submitted.
