18 years in the private sector, formerly Borough Planner at Wandsworth, Assistant Borough Planner at Islington and senior planner at Southwark Council. He has coordinated major projects in both the private and public sector.

Jayesh Patel MBA - Associate Director
Extensive experience in Planning and Business. Jay also holds directorships in Kensington College of Business, Senator Development Ltd (Retail Business in London) and is an advisor to Abbey Total Care Nursing Group.

Janice Morphet BSc MA PhD DipTP FRTPI - Associate
Former Chief Executive and Director of Technical Services in local government, Departmental manager in Higher Education and senior adviser in Central Government working across a range of Government departments. She has particular expertise in developing multi-agency partnerships, notably within e-government and working with new teams to secure customer focus and rapid delivery of improved performance.

David Ellis FRICS MRTPI - Associate
Long term development control experience in London, until recently Assistant Borough Planner at the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Mark Stoneham - Process Review Consultant
Mark Stoneham is an Environmental services and ICT specialist. Formerly Head of Planning Support and Departmental Head of ICT Services for the London Borough of Bromley. An experienced Building Control Surveyor, he is a member of the RICS and the ABE. His expertise includes the implementation and management of Land and Property systems, GIS, e-planning, documents management and business process re-engineering.

David Warriner MSc MBA CEng MIHT MICE - Associate
16 years advising private sector clients regarding transportation, highway planning and related matters. Formerly Tower Hamlets Borough Engineer.
