Pendleton Planning Survey 2005

The results from the May 2005 Monitoring Survey are now available to view on this site by clicking on the links below.

The results for Wales and the Welsh National Park authorities are now available, along with a downloadable version of the Survey Report.

The web-based survey was carried out by PPA on the 2 May 2005 on behalf The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). The aim was to review the availability and accessibility of online planning information and services on Local and National Park Authority and County Council websites in England and Wales. This survey is a monitoring review, giving local authorities an opportunity to update their Pendleton Score to reflect any changes they have implemented since September 2004.

The May 2005 results are not being used to allocate Planning Delivery Grant funding in England.

The survey was carried out from the perspective of the web-user and aimed to assess the needs of both regular and potential one-off users of council planning services. The scope of the survey criteria included the development control process and policy at a district and county level but did not include the enforcement process.

To view the the final scores please select the type of authority you are interested in from the list below. Local authorities are listed in alphabetical order.

Please note that there is no verification period for this monitoring survey. Scores are not subject to change.
