We have successfully negotiated a wide range of major schemes and projects. We were part of the teams which found the site, created the regeneration strategy and obtained planning permission for the relocation of Arsenal Football stadium in Islington; obtained permission for the housing redevelopment of the former Tooting and Mitcham football Stadium and the development of the new Stadium with associated leisure and community Hub project: we have worked on a Container Depot in Leeds; Redevelopment of former colliery in Baddesly, North Warwickshire; Industrial estate in Guilford; Hindu Community Centres, and many other churches in Milton Keynes, Croydon, Southwark, Brent, Lewisham and Sittingbourne. We have also completed planning projects for hotels in Greenwich, Hackney & Wembley, Lambeth, Hounslow; Nursing homes in Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, Sutton & Wandsworth and other boroughs; Leisure development in Greenbelt Essex, Guildford and London; and Casinos in Brighton and Guilford. We led a team on a development for 3,500 homes, a science park, a further education campus, retail and service centres in Corby; Thameside Terminal Purfleet.
PPA teams have been worked on Local Plan representation: including Tamworth, Bromley, North Warwickshire, Thurrock, Guildford;
Our teams have completed reviews of planning services at Bolsover , South Norfolk and Falkirk planning authorities.
We have won
a wide variety of appeals .
